Getting Started

How do I create an account?

JPMS accounts are accessible via exclusive invitation for premium clients of partner institutions. Please complete the compliant registration process through official channels using the exclusive invitation code issued by your partner institution.

How do I deposit funds?

The platform supports deposits of major digital assets including USDT, ETH, BTC, and TRX. Before depositing, please confirm that the selected blockchain network matches the receiving address exactly. After on-chain transaction confirmation, the corresponding assets will be automatically credited to your account.

How do I start trading?

Before conducting digital asset trading, please transfer your deposited assets into USDT in your trading account. Upon completion, you may conduct compliant digital asset trading on the JPMS platform.

Account Security

What if I cannot access the wallet function?

You must first complete account registration, upload the front and back of your ID documents and submit a KYC identity verification application. After the platform's compliance review is approved, you can unlock full functional permissions such as wallet and trading, ensuring compliant account usage and asset security.

What if I forget my password?

You may reset your password via registered email. If verification fails, contact customer service with identity documents for compliance check to recover it.
